Our manufacturing operations are accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and our furniture complies with BS4875 Parts 7 and 8 to Test Level 4 (equivalent to BS5873), as recommended by NHS Estates. To achieve and retain this quality measure, we periodically submit items of furniture for vigorous testing, designed to simulate many years of use in an institutional environment. We also have extremely high design standards, ensuring we comply fully with safety and hygiene requirements whilst maintaining ergonomic performance, durability and attractive appearances.
We have a policy of continuous investment in state-of-the-art CNC machinery to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest levels of consistency and quality, representing real value for money.

ESA Healthcare takes great care at all stages of the manufacturing and installation processes to comply to relevant British and International standards.

All core materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) approved suppliers. All ranges are type tested to standards recommended by the Department of Health.
